Modernizing the Service Journey
Jiffy Lube lacked the digital scheduling, vehicle management, and account features customers expected. Working with AKQA, I organized new flows for service estimates and appointments while building the framework for a complete website overhaul.

Untangling a Patchwork Interface
Years of work by different agencies had produced overlapping buttons, fields, menus, and visual styles with little documentation. I audited the site to identify every component instance and recover the design resources needed to establish a coherent foundation.

Bringing Estimates and Scheduling Together
I mapped the existing site and brought separated services into a small set of connected flows. Customers can identify a vehicle, compare service estimates, choose a preferred location, and schedule an appointment through a sequence that matches modern expectations.

A Unified System for Future Work
I consolidated the audit into a reusable system of color, typography, tokens, components, and responsive grids. Styles were tested for readability, contrast, and accessibility, then documented and reviewed with stakeholders so future teams could extend the site consistently.

Next projects.
